Purchase and Sales is Signed!
All parties signed away their lives today. If the sellers back out, we sue them. If we back out, they sue us. It's a win-win situation. Now we have to wait until closing - January 21st - also known as Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Like Mr. King, we too have a dream. A dream to own this house.
